1, Have you ever applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.? 这个意思
是不是说以前有没有提交过485？而不是140？
2，AP中 How many trips do you intend to use this document?是选一次还是多次？
还有预计出境时间，这个可以随便填吗？
3, EAD中Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS
? 这个是否包括H1b？

No. but OPT counts.
