Case submitted on 10/5. First FP was done in October and was rejected. The
second FP was done in November.
Status was always under initial review since then. Just called FBI and found
out that my second FP was rejected too. But USCIS did not communicate it
with me about it at all!
What should I do? Should I go to local police department for five year no
crime records and mail it to USCIS?
Please help!

Update.
Just contacted USCIS. A tier 2 officer told me that they assigned my case to
a field officer on 3/12 and they have my biometrics information in the
system. They just started reviewing my case and will notify me if anything
else is needed.
Does anyone know what "biometrics information in the system" means? Will
USCIS directly order my records from local police department if my 2nd FP
was rejected?
Any help is really appreciated!!!
