I just got the message saying my case was updated. (replied NOID on April 31)
both 140 and 485 has LUD 6/24/2010
The 140 still under request for evidence
However, under the 485
Document production or Oath Ceremony
On June 24, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30
days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we
will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer
service at 1-800-375-5283.
Does this mean I am greened?

貌似住DC地区及周边的FP都比较晚.
之前有个住VA的坛友80多天才收到FP notice.
偶的也快俩月了,
木有,
俩礼拜前做了SR,
让15天后跟进,
今天打滴瓦,
说还是木有且曰"等吧你."
那做SR的sense在哪里啊在哪里??!
service request doesn't mean service responce.
conclusion: sr==joke.
how come?
哥们姐们你们RP如何呀?

是这样，我也觉得DC附近的比较晚。我给USCIS打了几次电话，前面几次都说是pending
，等着FP排上。最近这次打说已经schedule了，但日子还早着呢，所以没给印notice呢
，让我快到日子的时候如果还没有收到notice，再给他们打电话，他们给fax。
我觉得是不是大家汇报FP的时候再说一下是什么地区的，这样别人好有个比较，要不一
看有人20天就收到FP了，自己急得不行。要是有条件可以去比较快的区打指纹的，也可
以选个快点的区。咱们中国人能多抢一个名额是一个

well, I missed 2007. got EAD on Feb 22 (before FP), but still waiting for
485 approval. what's your status? my receipt src1280118****

RD: Feb 3, still waiting for FP notice.
but my two colleagues got FP notices already, theirs RD is Feb 02, 03.

大家给说说，walk in 去做FP到底能不能加快处理？？？

那个等了80多天的坛友后来打FP时说,
alexandria根本木有人,
到了就打.
估计cis的懒人总有懒借口吧.
看了反馈,
估计就是因为io的人品了,
别无他尔.
事实证明sr的确木有嘛用,
丫的只怕人大代表. :P

Why bother? If your PD is 2010, I don't think the walk-in will be helpful
since we will have a severe retrogression shortly. You'll have to wait for a
long period of time anyway.

email for 485 也收到了
Current Status: Card production ordered.
我的IO不是106，是TSC1131.
我的CASE 和fyeliza 一样，是精诚律师办的，也是一个弱CASE。所以不赶问，也不赶
催，连PP也不敢。NOID后惶惶不安的过了50几天。今天终于可以睡个好觉了。
数了一下只有11个包子（穷人），发给还在等ref的战友吧。也祝你们好运！
