Got the 2nd RFE on the same EB3 140 case, not sure if the Fragomen attorney
did a bad job, or USCIS became so picky!
Does any one have same situation

OPT 实习证明可以用以前的吗？
11 年左右实习时候给学校的证明还有电子的。
最近联系不上那个公司了。

Nebraska, 1月4号交的， 8月15号第一个RFE，8月30回复RFE，当天就发了第二个RFE

我也是被RFE 这个律师行真的太烂了做事太拖还经常出错。。。

I hate Fragomen!!!!!!!!!!!
Their service are sooo band.
They forget to put my previous employment documents in the application, so
we got RFE. and they forgot to change my company address. so the RFE sent to
my company got returned, and USCIS saw a returned mail, and sent RFE again,
if they don't change the address, this will be a dead loop.

Fragomen有大量的paralegal，全是她们在干活儿。这些人待遇很差，经常跳槽，所以
活儿的质量很差。

我之前的一个诀窍是，一有任何问题就向那个真正的律师request meeting，无论是电
话还是当面见。这样律师就会相对重视一些。当然了，最关键的是要盯着paralegal，
事无巨细地和她们confirm
