昨天写信问的，回复如下。

waived for the first two years on your Card account.
I assure you that we will fulfill our promise and you will not receive any
membership fee for the first two years.

1. For petition letter, do I need to sign at the end of the letter?
2. When I fill 140, it will ask you if you filed 140 before. I have applied
under NIW, so I should select yes and provide the NIW approval notice, where
should I attach the approval notice? Right after my 140 application receipt
? or in the Exhibit list?

2. Yes. I porvided the approval notice and mentioned it in cover letter,
attached it after cover letter, not in the exhibit list

不多，一般就在costco，我还有一张biz，2张一年也就花5k，再免一年就留着
不过chase sappried preferred 我想留着，这张卡很强大
