老eb3, 本来不想折腾，后来看eb3实在遥遥无期就转eb2 去年底被audit 补件，今天告
知被拒。因为广告要求的技能面试的人不符合，但是他们给的理由既然招这个专业的，
对方是这个专业的就符合招聘条件。律师说死案不用申诉浪费钱了，过来人给点意见谢

IF you can demonstrate the skills those US workers lacking need several
