学做蛋糕中。
我用blender打蛋白，分3次加入白糖，用blender的stir键或mix键，打了2-3分钟，看
上去还是水水的，没有看到别人show的那种白白的像cream一样实在的泡泡，我的还是
些液体，只是在倒入蛋黄糊时，发现有少量泡泡像硬性泡泡而已。
不知是因为没有加白醋（家里没有），还是因为搅拌时间不够？
我的蛋糕味道可以，但不蓬松，不知这是蛋白没有硬性发泡所致？还是面粉更关键？（
因为我误买了self rising）。

Hi:
Your case got audited. The DOL audit cases when they find something not
correct, but sometimes they just chose some cases randomly. We think yours
was a random selection, since the documents they are asking for are just
copies of the ads and the recruitment summary process (the effort made by
the petitioner to fill the position with US candidates). We'll be answering
to the DOL in the next couple of days, probably tomorrow or Monday, when I
receive some documentation from your employer.
MY QUESTION:
is this kind of thing common? whats the chance I could pass it? how long it
takes? whats should I do, wait or re-apply one?

那是不是用那种钢丝做的环状打蛋器手动搅？搅多久会硬性发泡？
白醋很关键吗？

Did the attorney provide the reasons of audit from DOL?
Several recent cases of PERM audits here don't look like random at all.

你要手动搅的话，一两个小时能搅到硬性发泡吧……

reason and results?

bless. my husband's perm was audited in 2008, didn't pass until 2 years
later. reason for auditing was they believe job does not require a master's
degree.

I submit my PERM in NOV2011. Well, I did some search and there are lots ppl
got audited. I dont know why. some websites even say its nearly 40%!!! is it
true???

你律师怎么会忘记copies of ads and the recruitment summary process?
需要2份Newspaper或者Professional Journals Advertisements 和 3个另外的
Recruitment启事.
如果DOL要求其他申请人的RESUME，会比较麻烦。

你不用太着急，现在 audit比例挺大的，我们也是上个月收audit notice的，当时也是
着急得不得了，后来做了一些search, 也单独去咨询过不同的律师，好像现在audit 比
例大，但是审核速度比以前快很多，大概三个月以后就知道结果了。有个律师手上1月
回复得audit, 这个月就批准了。
这是我所了解的情况，希望对你有帮助。

我觉得你应该找律师要一份提交材料的COPY，至少应该有一份清单。我把律师准备的材
料和网上要求的对过，多的少的，我问过律师为什么。
律师那边应该没有什么不可以和你SHARE的，HR这边有没有我不知道。我的HR MANAGER
跟我说，所有的文件HR，律师和我都是一样的。可是，我们公司另外一个人，说HR不给
他材料。

我也被audit了，我的律师也是说最近被audit的特别多，但审理速度比以前快。真倒霉

这个为啥没人讨论了？现在到底有多快说不清楚啊。有1个月的，有5个月的，这个似乎
根本没有谱。完全靠运气。另外我记得以前有人发过一个大家一起share perm状态的网
站，不知哪位还记得？
