apparently this is not exactly true. There are still greened cases reported
here in April.

Good observation. I have the same question too. I want another protest. I
joined the one in year 2007 and still have the pictures with hundreds of
chinese and india somewhere in san jose. We won that protest.
Could they be approved/processed before 03/23?

请问，这个消息是不是意味着一直到9月份，排期都不会前进了？是不是要到10月份才

I cannot figure out why PD will still move if no any visa number for EB-2.

第一 这不是新闻。律师知道的事，这里的版友早知道了；第二 最近偶尔有批出来的，
有一位还是09年的PD

可能还不止。因为这几个月没有名额基本不批，但是估计很大一部分已经准备好了，一
旦有名额会一起处理掉。
