帮忙看看这个应该咋办--脑残的移民局# EB23 - 劳工卡

老夫EB2,去年11月file了485，priority date 2007/7。
一直没批，弄了个inquiry，昨天有个回复说正在actively processing我的case。
今天收到一个email，是回我发给TSC followup的，说：
There are currently no visas available to process your I-485 application.
Your priority date is later than the cut-off listed on the visa bulletin for
your E3 preference. Please refer to the website www.travel.state.gov/visa
or you may call the Department of State automated visa information line at (
202) 663-1541 to receive current visa bulletin information.
底下有officer的名字。
至少这个officer认为我是EB3。
我肯定我的I-140是EB2，我检查过approval notice。
485肯定也是按EB2file的，否则移民局不会收，更不会给我EAD。
现在我不确定是这个officer傻逼还是移民局系统错了。
今天又打一个电话，遗憾的是customer service看不到系统里我是EB2还是EB3，只是说
帮我发个notice，提醒我这个是EB2。
