５月底拿到Dept Labor Prevailing wage 给的是 Level 3.
公司是无论如何都不会长到那么高的. 律师和老板商量说重新file evaluation,看能不
能降到 level 1. 如果不能，律师原话那得等到工资长到那么高才能再申。已经用了
三年了H1b，余下三年三年都不可能申了？
哪位有没有什么相似经历，或者什么建议的？多谢

ask your company to be more flexible in the position descriptions; lower
your position requirement and descriptions and file a new case.
Find/hire a better attorney who at least can speak out for you...

I have a terrible title and according to that title, the prevailing wage is
about 2 times my real pay.
immigration attorney and company HR provided a list of percentages of
employees at each level to prove that my prevailing wage should be redefined
.
The process took about 2 months and finally it worked.
