No, we did not hire a lawyer. My son's school helped him solve the problem. Also, my son's case is a little different from yours. So I can not give you any help on it. Only suggestion I have to you is to find a good lawyer and not to waste time here. In this forum, most people don't understand a law including me. Good luck!
