10月18日的Receive Date,买了12月23号回国的机票，不知道能不能在走之前收到AP啊
……有没有知道最近的AP的process time大概是多久？

应该没有问题，大概一个月，但要是你的名字太多人用，重名太多，可能慢，

If she has already turned to 21, your daughter can not apply for H4 even
though you change back to H1. In your case, I suggest you to consult a good
immigration lawyer for a solution.
I have a similar situation before. It is a tough situation and you have to
be careful

No, we did not hire a lawyer. My son's school helped him solve the problem.
Also, my son's case is a little different from yours. So I can not give you
any help on it. Only suggestion I have to you is to find a good lawyer and
not to waste time here. In this forum, most people don't understand a law
including me.
