已经是第三次485被拒了，第二次被拒的帖子在这：

我是cross chargeability的例子（就是spouse非大陆生NIW不排期）。之前看到板上也
有人报喜，不过这样的case不是很多。
具体情况这样：
NIW批之前和之后交了485到lockbox，都被拒，列的理由先是没有A#，再是排期没到（
但是Cross chargeability的不用有A#，也不用排期的）。然后律师去问，解释说
lockbox现在不会处理：
At the time your clients' applications were filed, the

昨天才去掉的。我觉得这意味着no objection to an unanimous consent to pass the
measure。我相信如果有secret holds的话，应该也一并去掉了。

Notice of Intent to Object
When following the objection to an unanimous consent to proceeding to, and,
or passage of, a measure or matter on their behalf, a Senator has notified
the appropriate leader, or their designee, in writing and submits such
objection for inclusion in the Congressional Record and the Senate Calendar
of Business, it shall be placed in the section of the Calendar entitled "
Notice of Intent to Object to Proceeding". (Sec. 512, P.L. 110-81)

你最近一次递交，有没有把上次那个lockbox不受理的回复的copy一起交？cover lette
r里面有没有重点突出因lockbox不受理才递交NSC的字句？

楼主能不能说说重点？是好消息还是坏消息？hold既然去掉了,为什么还要参考notice
of intent to object?

不受理的回复在递交给NSC之后所以肯定没有交
coverletter里面倒是强调了cross chargeability和supervisor review（每次都强调
了）
联系一下NSC，说一下lockbox不受理？

既如此，为什么不肯投票？上次至少知道问题在格老，现在都不知道senate搞得什么鬼

因为没出新的bill啊，格老去掉hold的条件就是增加他的东西。

你怎么看出hold 已经去掉了呢？我看着怎么和以前比没任何变化呢？
还有，3012似乎还不是active
