If my PD becomes current, and the sponsor files the 485 for me. But I cannot
work for them at this time. If they withdraw my case and I find another
sponsor, do I need to do the PERM again?

只有485 pending 180天以上换雇主才不用重新走PERM。你的情况要从头来过，但是可
以保留PD。

Thanks a lot. When can I get the EAD? Will it be before the 485 pending 180?
Do you think I dont need to work during the 485 pending 180 days?
I am at school. My school is different states from the employer. I really
dont want to give up my school. Any ideas will be highly appreciated.

一般来说485递交后一到两个月能拿到EAD，严格来说只要移民局不RFE你的EVL，在485
pending期间，无需工作。
