还可以申请延期H1，但如果我换工作了，还可以延期吗？

If you are the 485 primary applicant, you would need to have a full-time job
same or similar to the one your I-140 was approved for when USCIS approves
your I-485. If you switch to a part-time job, I'm afraid USCIS can deny your
I-485 case based upon the reason that your EMPLOYMENT-based greencard
application does not have a qualified job to support it.

有EAD为啥不用???
这个问题版上我记得讨论过.难道就为了微乎其微的485被拒的可能性?
如果485被拒,140也随之失效了,H1B也没多少时间可以用了.没有任何实际意义啊.

but I think if you use EAD card, even if it is only for parttime, you are
not in H1B status anymore.
