请问NIW file 140 的processing center 是按工作地分的还是按家庭地址分的？ 例如
，我ld的工作所在州属于TSC，但我家住址所在州属于NSC，应该file 140 到哪个

请问,我2012年提交了４８５和EAD&AP, 现在EAD＆AP快过期了。需要renew, 从USCIS
website, 应该不用再交费了吧？谢谢.
