请问大家: H1B如果被雇主通知移民局注销，是否就不能transfer到下一家了?那么如
果找到新工作，怎么再申请H1B?

CS PHD from a US 30~50 school. Currently software engineer at a big company.
Publication: 1 journal + 5 conference + 2 under review
Citation: 64 from google scholar
Review: 5 for 5 different journals/conferences
US Patent: 1 published, 2 pending (expect to be published this fall), 1
under submission
Misc: contributor to open source projects
What shall I claim, authorship, contribution, review(?) Tons of thanks in
advance!

EB-1B only need to meet two criticia. so claim authorship and contribution,
put review under contribution. my 2 cents

两个H1B之间短期GAP一般问题不大
类似情况太多太多
