今天收到RFE
A review of your file indicates that you submitted a medical examination (
Form I-693) completed by a designated civil surgeon. The civil surgeon
administered a chest radiograph, but a copy of the radiologist’s report was
not attached to Form I-693. Please return to the civil surgeon and obtain
a copy of the radiologist’s full and formal report, signed by the
radiologist and on official hospital or medical office letterhead. You do
not need to undergo the medical examination.
由于当时体检医生没有把这个报告放在里面(结核检查阳性，由于小时候打过疫苗，做
胸透的报告)，今天去找这个医生，他说需要重新File I693，装在信封密封再寄过去，
但律师说RFE是Email过来的，需要扫描件电子邮件回去。
如果那位有过如此经验，请帮忙告知，非常感谢！
