如果有工作经验，去学校做广告就不好了。
我们这里有一个黑人报纸，一个latino报纸，是免费的
不知道能不能作为racial and ethical newspaper来等广告
登在job search website会不会引来一大堆人申请啊？
有没有人用过radio 播广告？

最好有经验的律师指导一下,劳工部是需要看你的广告记录的,通过radio还真没听说过.
还是找发行量大且收费的老美报纸登报比较好,我一朋友公司为省钱,在中国报纸上登广
告,后来被audit,最后被deny

是啊，require的recruitment tool是在大报纸上登广告
但是还有三种 Additional recruitment steps,如下。不知道大家都选哪三种
Job fairs;
Employer’s web site;
Job search web site other than employer’s;
On-campus recruiting (usually for positions requiring no experience);
Trade or professional organizations;
Private employment firms;
An employee referral program, if it includes identifiable incentives;
A notice of the job opening at a campus placement office, if the job
requires a degree but no experience;
Local and ethnic newspapers, to the extent they are appropriate for the
job opportunity;
Radio and television advertisements
