今天去target用visa gift card (has pin)充红鸟，白大妈说店里不再接受gift card,
只可以用personal debit card (with your name)喂鸟。悲催....
请问大神们，这种情况下如何 liquidate gift card?可以把它们转入到自己的
checking account么？

policy一开始就不接受gc冲，不过能不能冲完全看小儿了。
