EB2, PD 2008-09-28, 指纹是2012年4月打的. 现在查485状态仍处在第一项'

请教一下,打指纹有过期一说么,这都一年半多了,uscis会要求重新打么? 谢谢

有过期的说法。不过我指纹去年4月打的，今年刚刚485批准，但是没有让我再打。所以
有效期应该不止一年。

有过期的说法。不过我指纹去年4月打的，今年刚刚485批准，但是没有让我再打。所以
有效期应该不止一年。

如果485 批了，排期倒退，还要重新打吗 而且体检还要重新检吗？

看 手册 85页：
* and the “Date Processed by FBI” is less than 12 months old ==> Route the
file to Workload Distribution.
* and the “Date Processed by FBI” is more than 12 months but less than 15
months ==> Route the file to U.S. CIS and process as an expedite.
* and the “Date Processed by FBI” is more than 15 months ==> Annotate the
worksheet and return the file to the monthly hold shelf. The case must be
rescheduled.
超过 15个月，就需要再打指纹
