online
you can't load bb card using cc directly, but you can do so using a debit
card for free
we were talking about the possibility to purchase vanilla prepaid reload
card at walmart using cc, which can be used to load bb

prepaid card.
However, today, I talked to a cashier in Dollar General. She told me that
this vanilla reload card can be used multiple times. I only need to bring
this card to cashier and load money again and again.
Is that true? I never used it this way, so I have no idea if she is right.
