140 approval date 06/16/2011
notice date of EAD and AP combo card 06/16/2011, 今天收到卡
同时今天收到scheduled fingerprint notice,my schedule date is 06/30/2011, my
LP is 07/14/2011.
是不是下面绿卡就快了？

今天下午律师把东西交上去了.PD 是10年六月.唉，老婆去年有个很好的工作没去成，
希望能快点拿EAD.

问问律师怎么样才是same or similar occupational classification吧。这方面好像
界定比较模糊。

副申请人用ead卡可以做任何工作，主申请人不会因此转成aos状态，除非主申请人也换
工作了

用EAD工作同时保持H4有效。
其实我觉得485被拒概率很低……除非你自己心里有数自己有gap

Good luck! My PD was May 10, 2013. Did you submit 140/485/AP/EAD together?
Did you use PP?
