EB2->3, 140&485 concurrent filing,
收到3封USCIS的信。一封是485 receipt （RD 2/3/2014, ND: 2/7/2014）. 另外两封
一模一样，都是ASC Appointment Notice for FP。三封信都是黑白的，看上去不是原
件。
请教：
1. 为什么收到两封一模一样的 ASC Appointment Notice for FP？
2. 什么时候才收到 RECEIPT for I-131 & 765？是寄给律师还是寄给我？什么时候才
能收到？
3. I-140 的 RECEIPT 应该是寄给律师是吗？什么时候才能收到?

你什么时候寄出去的？我是NSC, 一起收到的收剧（没有140）

i got two same fingerprint notice letters too. 140 notice should go to the
lawyer. But I did get the 131 and 765 letters together with 485

1, 打指纹时会收掉一份；
2，我的是和485收据一起收到的，你和律师各会收到一份；应该快收到了。
3，140的收据会直接寄给律师，问问你律师是否收到？

Yes, the letters were mail to my home 11 days after filing.

SO it is normal to received two FP letter.
For question 2, they (131 & 765 receipts) were in the same letter with 485
receipt or different letter?

Thank you for your reply.
I saw your post about the FP in Houston-Sugarland ASC. I will be there too
for FP.
My appointment is 3/3. Can I walk in for FP earlier than that? Thanks.

tsc 的 FP 这么快？我 NSC 的 receipt 都收到快一个月了，还没有 FP 的影子。

Sugarland welcomes walk-in. No questions asked. I went in morning around 10:
30am on a Friday and there were not many people. Took us 15 min in total.

TSC seems to process EAD/AP faster while NSC processes 485 faster. No
perfect ones.
