there is always a risk of the immigrant visa numbers retrogressing next
month. Premium processing will ensure the I-140 is adjudicated in March, and
avoids the risk that the AOS will be rejected in the event that visa
numbers retrogress next month.
priority date是2012年7月。之前看到版上建议不要pp，现在不明白了。
