Let the predictions begin!!
Wondering about the future of EB3. retrogression or keep moving with EB3ROW.
USCIS said something about the dates are slowing down in Feb VB but
apparently
they took the words off in March VB and pushed another month out for EB3.
what is your prediction for EB3 next month? :)
please no troll or haters...

哈哈嗯也就是好奇。。。我本身11月底的PD，不知道可以不可以排到。本身来美
国很久了，最近才开始办理绿卡，所以不是很了解具体的情况。感觉这个版里面很
多热心的人，但也有些hater. 哈哈所以来听听大家意见而已 :)

假设EB2->3的降级的人多数是集中在1月底和2月初，这些demand估计要到6月份才能显
现明显效果。所以，估计还会继续小步前进3个月，然后7月停滞8月开始后退。

先不说EB3 row有多少，有没有想过一向保守的奥本会给自己只留两个月时间去控制
visa nmber?排期从去年开始一直是前进就没后退过的，EB3C一年就区区2000多名额。

但是从eb3的140看，10-12年三年加起来也就1千多人，算上家属和降级的，也就基本上
刚刚好拿满2000多的名额吧？
按以往经验，从140的数量能推断出最后实际拿卡的人数吗？

EB3 ROW: As expected this category moved forward by 4 weeks. According to I
-485 pending inventory, demand is very low at around 15,000. The annual
quota for EB3 ROW is over 30,000. However, since visas are assigned
quarterly, they may have already approved a high number of applications in
the last 6 months in FY 2014 in this category. Hence they may stop moving
dates forward in the next few months.
Dates for EB3 China and EB3 Mexico should continue to be same as EB3 ROW.

EB3C will be 12/01/2012 or 01/01/2013 in May 2014 VB
