今天收到email，RFE。
我们俩去年11月7日结的婚，今年一月22 submit I-485. 结婚证上把我的生日写错了一
个数字。我想问一下哪个原因：结婚太晚，还是结婚证上错误生日？
这俩个都该咋办呢？

Suggest to prepare documents for interview, like active joint-account,
photos, travel records, just in case.

今天收到了。主申请人要求列举所有以前的婚姻对象，如无，写None。
副申请人，也要求列举所有以前的婚姻对象，如无，写None。还要求出示证据since
day of marriage. quote:

should cover all periods from the time your marriage took place until the

我们过去两年没有住一块，之前有两年是，当中我工作换了一下。我们have no joint
financial accounts, no spousal insurance coverage.
不知道“medical, school or religious records” 是什么东西?
我们有两周前办了joint tax return。
没有要求interview，就是寄过去。大家有过这种case吗，严重吗？
我们准备的证据list：
#. joint tax return
#. Gas account (under my name, but she's paying it and listed as spouse)
#. at&t internet account (same situation)
#. LADWP account (same situation)
#. Costco joint account
#. AAA joint account
#. my background check, listing me living in this apartment for two years
before
#. Travel itinerary: going to Xi'an, Hawaii.
#. Doggie certificate, under my name. She took her (dog) to vet and has
receipts.
#. Our photos with doggie
#. Photos from travels
#. Landlord signature letter that we lived together for a long time, had
been in relationship since 2010, till marriage Nov, 2013

485 当年大蜜同样经历了RFE, 因为我们结婚时间距离file 485不到一年，所以LD被RFE
. 我们的回复很简单，就5个文件：
1) Our 2012 Joint Tax Return
2) LD's health Insurance statement copy on which I am a dependent.
3) The copy of warranty deed (We have not got married when we purchased the
house, but our names are on the warranty deed).
4) 3 Month Mortgage statements with both our names on that.
5) Our Joint bank account (被RFE后新开的）
6） Car insurance (被RFE后把我们的车保险整合在了一起）
没有给照片，W2,就给了以上几条。
但是如下几个如果有，大蜜还是建议给的，尤其是你们有共同生的娃的出生证啊，这是
最直接的了：-）
1，你们一起旅游的照片，机票
2，结婚宴席的照片
3，和朋友在一起的照片，按照时间顺序。
什么给两个人在一起XXOO的视频啊这些的不靠谱：）
另附flyflyhugo的清单：
1. 报税表
2. 车和健康保险
3. 才开的银行joint account, 以前的联名信用卡
4. 买投资房的合同和refund check(没有close, 卖家退出)
5. 买车的title
6. 机票, 照片
