I do not see "two" MMR are required by I-635 form but the doctor I called
said I have to have two MMRs. Previous posts on this board shows some people
said two but some others said one. So, one or two??

不过和大夫argue这些没意义，不爽就换，否则他动点手脚，回头你还是要应付RFE

For MMR and chickenpox, it needs two shots each with 30 days apart.
I got one shot and a proof of one shot each, and the clinic said that was
good enough.
I did go back get my 2nd shots though, but that was not filed with I-485
form.

Thanks! Chicken pox also need two shots? The nurse did not mention it on the
phone. It seems like different doctors have different requirements?

确实讨厌，这个上学也要，我准备去做个血检，通过的话是可以抵消2个MMR的记录的。

I just took the first MMR shot, the doctor filled the physical form
indicating that the second shot will be taken in 30 days time.
My 485 was approved with no issue.
