好多雇主都明确要求公民身份，比如：
Applicants must be eligible for obtaining US security clearance.
Clearances require US citizenship.

* Candidates must be able to be processed for a DoD Secret Clearance.
Note: Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires U.S Citizenship.
