不全是坏消息，就看几天能拿到RFE，然后几天能交上去了，速度够快就能绿。

means that they are working on your case.

Rfe is a good thing now. It means VISA is reserved for you!
When you pass the rfe, you will get GC.

记错了。好像是转到local 面试那种是reserve了visa的，而且面试官有面试完毕
后给绿卡的决定权。
好像今天有一个就是这种情况。
