NSC EB2 --> EB3
140 RD: 2/28
140 AD: 4/5
485 ND: 3/5
FP: 4/16
今天打电话给 T2， T2说Name check 已经Clear, FBI security check 今天刚做完
了。现在还在shelf上等着，需要17 days左右可以assign 给adjudicator。
现在可以做什么来加快速度呢？
Service request和info pass 有用么？
找Senator会有帮助么？

17days这个数字是怎么得来的，这么精确

T2 说的: it takes 17 days to be assigned to an adjusticator，估计是统一口径
，加17天不就到了月底了
所以请问希望各位大神有没有什么建议？

第一次见到精确到精确到天的。

只能说运气好，碰上个健谈的了。他说： I know why you are calling, and also I
understand the reason of you calling。然后我就说了自己的情况，他就帮着查了
我的case的status
接的T1，要求转T2,一直等的，等了大概90分钟（虽然开始提示说只要25--30分钟)
希望自己运气足够好，可以月底前绿

The EB-3 category for persons born in China retrogressed to a cutoff date of
October 1, 2006 as a result of the demand for visa numbers exceeding the
available supply. Therefore, as of May 9, 2014, the Department of State (
DOS) will only send USCIS authorization on visa numbers for the EB-3
category for foreign nationals from China if the visa priority date is prior
to October 1, 2006.
Visa requests for the remaining applications that are not allocated visa
numbers will be placed in the DOS “pending” demand file. These cases will
be adjudicated to completion and assigned a visa number when the priority
dates are advanced beyond the applicant’s priority date.

思？5/9号以后就不批了？但是版面上不是还有人报批了吗？

我是电话接通后就要求转T2，告诉说需要知道485的status；然后T1没有这个信息，她
就转了。等了大概一个半小时，电话接通了，然后就问我的case。这个T2很nice, 我都
没问name check之类的，他己告诉我这些信息。我一直就问一个问题，我的绿卡在月底
之前可以批么?
