USCIS 网上显示 Visa Processing Time 是 3/20/2015，我在网上提交SR 都不给提交
。我的RD是5/1。你是打电话吗？

是，让转T2然后T2给submit 的.按算是没到时间，所以也要看运气，一个不转多打几次。
