响应老赫的号召，给律师发信问内部叫停EB3的事，下面是律师的回信。没什么实质性
的内容。
I have no special USCIS contacts who could confirm this. I suspect the
Senator’s office will be better able to confirm this.
Regarding requesting that they continue processing these cases, USCIS can
only approve cases if the Department of State makes visa numbers available
to it, and the DOS only makes numbers available if in fact there is
availability. The priority dates in the May visa bulletin just require
USCIS to accept AOS applications with a current priority date through the
end of May – it does not require USCIS to approve any petitions with the
May priority date. If it has already approved the available May allocation,
then it is not required to approve any further applications.

就是这个意思，这个月还可以接收485，但不一定还批，下个月是收都不收了，还来不
及交485的，就等下一波大放水吧，接下去就是按部就班先来后到，2012年10月的惨一
些，就像2010.5的EB2

感觉那帮人现在在集中精力处理EB2的，所以EB1的485被基本搁置了
