今天收到RFE,急求帮助
（iii）Published material in professonal publicationswritten by others about
the beneficiary's work in the academic field. Such material shall include
the title, date, and author of the material, and any necessary translation
The record indicates that the beneficiary's research/publications have been
cited, and is therefore satisfying for this criterion.
Having one's work cited is not qualifying for this criterion, as works that
cite the beneficiary's article are not atricles about the beneficiary's work
, they are articiles about the citing author's work, which often cite the
works of numerous authors.
因为本人是统计员，文章都是以co-author的形式发表的。该怎么回复呢？谢谢

今天闲的时候,打了T2的电话;前几天打T2的电话都不成功,T2态度都不好;所以今天也没
抱什么指望,只希望拿到AP/EAD好回国.
今天的T2好象是一个印度口音的女的,不出所料,AP申请在PENDING,没有任何信息;于是,
又问了一下485的情况,她查了一下说,最后的UPDATE是打手印,然后,又查了一下,说昨天
ASSIGN给OFFICER,
心想,现在ASSIGN有什么用,不知道她是不是在逗人玩呢?
难道现在NSC还做485的工作吗?

所有paper都不是一座嘛？找关键paper让一座出个证明equal contribution？
个人没啥好建议，这问题挺切中要害的

谢谢，只有一篇中文paper是一作，引用不多，但是被下载了200次。其余几篇文章IF>=
10,但是都是co-author.

请问如何打Ｔ２电话？是必须先打给Ｔ１然后再转吗？

这一条指的是所谓媒体报道，是有人写文章专门专门介绍你的工作。这跟你
是不是第一作者无关。显然你不符合。
EB1B需要六条中的两条。
你有文章，那就是满足Authorship。
另外的肯定要主攻Contribution，否则Totality过不了。
其他三条：Judgement, Prize, Membership 你有就有，没有也没办法。
但是Judgement是相对最容易加强的。

感觉应该说明coau的，你贡献最大，或者说平等贡献

我也没看懂。不过糊里糊突地觉得是说： “cite 你paper 的文章虽然cite你了，但
其实都是在探讨他们自己的工作（citing author's work），而你的工作只是用来说明
他们自己工作的重要性，你只是他们为此目的而cite的众多文章中的一个”
我觉得不是什么第一作者不第一作者的问题，显然是觉得虽然别人cite你了，但没觉得
这个cite是为了说明你工作的重要性。所以其实还是对contribution的证据不满意。
个人愚见。

我给你翻译一下。
有人（比如张三）写了文章引用了楼主的文章，这不符合EB1B中的媒体报道要求。
这个媒体报道需要别人写文章来专门介绍楼主的工作。
张三写的文章不是专门介绍楼主的工作，而是关于张三本人的工作，对于楼主的
论文的引用是捎带的，因为每个人写论文都会引用很多其他人的论文。

应该是你说的这个意思
对单纯的cite不满意
需要其他的证据支持

感觉不一定说是媒体报道
可能对于contribution也不满意

IO专门说了

这就是EB1B六条中的第三条。
这个RFE中一定还有专门的地方讲到Contribution。

我的意思是说，没有别的可吹的，引用狂低，没有媒体曝光，只有手头的funding,这孤
零零一项，可以吹contribution吗？有没有前例。

不过感觉这样就不好回复了，个人感觉媒体报导都不好弄，除非明显的有电视报导啥的
