2月6号的rd，之前打电话说在background check，上周议员回信说background check
clear，在等visa number。今天居然收到case update，说被request for evidence，
主申请人。怎么回事啊？不是排期倒退了，怎么还有RFE？主申请人的ref，一般要求什
么东西？

PD: 2011/01，不管2还是3，排期都没有到啊。刚问了律师，他们还没有收到rfe的信，
也不知道他们需要的是什么。

不是坏事吧，说明他们在处理你的申请。到时候排期再current的时候，直接就可以绿
了。话说，2月初就降级的也没有绿啊，140没有PP?

lz不要太激动，我昨天case也被update了，但是估计没有visa今年不会绿了。

这个财年是不可能了吧，奥傻自己都整不明白，到底有多少批了，多少demand.

不是激动，是不知道他们要什么additional evidence。2月初到现在已经很受打击了，
一次次的失望，哎。现在就希望一切顺利就好，也不期望其他多的东西。
回前面的帖子，140是pp了的（3月中的ad)。4月底的时候问到case assign给officer，
然后一个background check start（和版上有位同学的情况相似），一路来磕磕碰碰的
，所以现在也没有过多的奢望了，只要顺利就好。

For us, it is said, our birth certificate translation is not certified.
In fact, our birth certificates are notarized. But the english translation
page is only with a GANG YIN.

ELLEN2，你们的case也是eb2->3的？交回rfe后状态有没有变回accept或者initial
review之类的呢？

一般中国的出生公正都是比较标准的格式吧

PD： 5／2012。 RD：2／2014。EC2>EB3, TSC.
RFE letter key words:
“You submitted translated copies of your birth certificate and marriage
certificate; however, the English translations are not certificated. Please
submit certified English translations.”
We searched online, there are many companies they do the Certified
Translation and they 保证 USCIS accept what they do.
The cheapest price is 27/page.
We have done and mailed out on Tuesday. The status online changed to '
Request for Evidence' currently.
我们的公证书，应该是中国标准的公证书。中文的页上有个红章。然后，他们盖了一个
（only one）刚印，在封面上，这样当然所有的页面上都有钢印。但字都看不清楚。
过些天后，有什么消息，我会再 post here。

evidence呢？我的状态说的是要additional evidence，不知两个之前是什么区别，一
天没有收到rfe的信一天都不安。还有，你提交上去后，状态是不是应该变成“request
for evidence review”？

我的PD跟你一样的，1月底的RD,之前一直在background check，上周也是议员那边发来
update说BC completed. 这周副申请人的case status变成Initial Review.

出生证明英文翻译版没见过带红印的，不都是钢印吗？
我家人在北京和四川分别在2010年和2014年都作过出生证明，英文版翻译页面都只是钢
印。
周边的同事也是。

你的REF是什么，我也刚刚收到update要求RFE，但是还没有收到信件，没有天理了，排
期都退了。

PD is 2012. I just got my REF. It is about Biographic Information form. I
forgot to fill out my employer' address. hope
