是觉得没有胜算吗？律师打官司的动力一般都是能够要到巨额索赔然后抽成的，NIU的
官司的确既没有胜算更没有油水。

key是‘从细节上吹你牛，对领域有什么impact’。。
但只吹你牛，对米国没用也不行啊，所以还要找那么两封加上那么几句话说
你的成果世界通用，包括美国，尤其是美国。这话由美国内的人说最好，如果是
国际的，也无妨，推荐人国际知名就可以说，‘据我所知，美国blabla。。。。’

要是研究欧洲美术史之类的浪漫专业，还真不好吹

哈哈，我不研究美术史。比如经济学规律，在美国可以验证，但是未必在欧洲或者亚洲
。属于软科学。
