PD 2011年初,主申请人在NSC的降级140已批,485状态还是initial review
副申请人的RD 5月中，在TSC,请问副申请人网上状态变成这个是什么意思？谢谢
On October 28, 2014, we transferred your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER
PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, to your local USCIS Office for
further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will
send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be
notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use
our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address

我的case有两次转到local office，一次是我两次指纹没过，转到local office面谈。
另一次是current之后，还是因为指纹没过，转到local office做背景调查。

还有可能是新婚无孩，或者有什么需要面谈的纪录

我也有类似情况，但没有说local office，只是说USCIS office，不知道是ＴＳＣ转Ｎ
ＳＣ了，
还是转到ｌｏｃａｌ了。。。。指纹一次过，没有被要求补打。不是新婚，有娃，想不
太明白为啥。
２０１２ＰＤ降级来的，转ｏｆｆｉｃｅ是８－９月的事。
