"律师说他们不会仔细看推荐信。" Exactly what my lawyer said to me and I fired him. Your lawyer is a bad one and not responsible! Do not rely on him totally.

"有些section都是一模一样的。" ==> Rejection without a second chance! There was a case on this board that there was one paragraph to be the same in two letters, and that was the result. Let alone to have multiple sections in multiple letters. Take your own responsibilities!

en. Add Oil! I tried to search that post I mentioned, but I didn't seem to find it. So please just take what I say with your own judgement. From my memory, that post mentioned that his case was denied without RFE, NOID, etc. And he wasn' t aware that there were the same paragraphs in his letters. He might be just too busy to double-check everything. In your case, have you got your letters signed or not? Could you collect them all by this weekend? If you could still get the letters changed, you could ask your friends, several friends, to each re-write a letter in his/ her way. Then you correct their revisions to make the meaning accurate. Or if you have to do it yourself, revise each letter at a different time, to make your thinking relatively fresh. Best wishes for you!
That reason was what picked out in the decision letter. I don't know whether they needed to say anything more or what else they said. If you were the IO, and you saw those two paragraphs to be the same from two independent people, would you question the validity of the whole package? That is for EB1 though, not exactly O1. This is just FYI.
