我是EB3, TSC, PD 11年5月，本来应该去年5月前就可以绿的，可是一直坐等没等到，
然后又倒退，现在2月又要Current, 这次一定不能坐以待毙了，请问班花和大家我现在
能做什么？
现在可以SR, 和给议员写信吗？还是要等到2月1日以后？还有需要做什么可以催绿？
