麻烦大家了。
公司今天终于同意我的降级要求，但是随后律师发来的信里提到了以下关于PP的信息让
我心凉了半截。
"3.Note that USCIS premium processing is not available on I-140 petitions
where the original labor certification is not submitted. This means that
premium processing is not available on this type of petition. USCIS
government processing will be estimate 8 months."
我知道版上很多降级绿了的朋友都是做过PP的，请问大家该怎么回复律师和公司让他们
support PP?

告诉他们有很多成功的案例。
而且就算不成功，PP费用会退回，没任何损失。你可以自己把PP申请写好给律师和公司
签字即可。
