没有面过金融公司，不知道他们出题是什么模式，想请问版上的同学们对这个职位了解
不，是面cs技术问题还是金融问题呢？Job Description写的是Portfolio Analytics
Group，貌似属于Financial Modeling Group。后天一面，谢谢！附上Job Description:

H1b第5年了，公司刚开始给办绿卡。
昨天听说只要在h1b 过期前一年，例如h1b May 1 2016过期，那今年May 1，能够递上
perm申请，h1b就还可以继续往后延，请问这个说法还有效么？

I am not sure about the 365 days in advance. I know my H1B can be extended
just one year if the attorney file the extension based on just the pending
or approved PERM application. My perm was filed 15 months before the H1B
extension.

according to ACT21, if you file PERM or 140 at least 365 days prior to the
end of your H1B 6th year, you may extend your H1B annually with 1-year
increment beyond 6-year limit. If I-140 is approved, you may extend with 3-
year increment.

因为现在时间比较紧，所以想确认下是不是提前一年要file上去。
