理由是：The PERM case was denied on the ground that a background/reference
check requirement was included on the CalJobs posting, but it was not
included in PERM application (Form 9089) or the other forms of recruitment (
print ads and three additional forms of recruitment). The DOL found the
PERM recruitment to be an “inadequate” test of the US labor market given
this one added condition in the CalJobs posting.
花了整整两年，最后是这个结果。满身疲惫，累感不爱呀~~~ h1b 到2017年年底就满6
年了。我想问问板上的童鞋，如果现公司重新帮我办理，我再次被audit和拒的可能性
有多大？我需要考虑换工作吗？现在的公司老板同事都对我挺好的，帮我办理绿卡也很
积极。
