请问大家一个问题，
现在在用F1-OPT extension, 老婆也在美国，
想问一下，学校在给我申请non-profit H1b,
在提交申请的时候，要把老婆的H4申请一起提交吗？
老婆怎么保持身份呢?谢谢大家

她现在是什么身份？F2？F1？ H1？

If she has a status that doesn't depends on yours, she doesn't need to
change. If she is in F2, you have to apply for H4 for her or switch her to
an independent status, like F1, H1 etc.

Yes, the easy way is adding your wife to your COS (change of status)
application.
