刚网站上看到的，还不知道什么原因，担心是不是要上个employer的exp letter, 我的

所以你就没交experience letter???
毫无疑问，99%以上的可能是要求这封信的。
可以找以前公司的同事或者上司，拿公司的纸给你写个，签字。

不给办所以也办法交。。。 PERM的时候是用的同事的affidavit代替的，请问一下
affidavit有有效期吗？

有朋友最近遇到前employer不给experience letter的情况吗？
要是我自己用前employer的letter head自己做一个，会被USCIS发现吗？
我也知道这样不好，但还有其他什么办法呢？公司HR半年前提醒过我“I heard from
an attorney that of late USCIS have been insisting on past employer issued
experience letters and are not accepting ex=colleagues' affidavits only. (
this will be needed for the I 140, not for PERM)”，这回看来真的被他说中了。
。。

最好找到一个现在在那个公司工作的人给你签一下，用employer letter head paper.
实在不行只好找以前同事了。
有些公司倒闭了，那么自然就得找以前同事证明了。

今天律师把rfe notice发给我了，果然是exp. letter的问题，uscis说“"You have
submitted notarized experience verificatiaon letters from the beneficiary's
former colleagues, however, evidence of experience must be in the form of
letter(s) from current or former employer(s) giving the name, address and
title of the employer and a descript of the experience of the alien,
including specific dates of the employment and sepcific duties."”
请教大神们这该怎么办？这是要逼我自己造吗？。。。
