This email message is in reply to your inquiry regarding the Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, which XXXXXX
filed with USCIS on December, 2016.
USCIS electronic records confirm that your constituent’s permanent
residency case is assigned to an officer for adjudication at the Nebraska
Service Center (NSC); however, the adjudication process is not yet complete.
Please note that we are unable to grant requests for expedited processing
in employment-based Form I-485 cases. We did however notify the
aforementioned officer that there is a congressional inquiry on this case.
