我用我的485和领导的485分别request了relink，但只有领导（我是主申请人）的有回
复。内容如下：
The status of this service request is:
We have received your service request and researched the status of your case
. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in
processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You
should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.
是不是就剩等了？

夫妻一定需要分别发request吗？夫妻俩的request发在一封信里行不行？（分别列出
case#）
