最近拿到一offer,deadline是2周.最近还在面其他家.想问一下有经验的人,这两周是包
括了negotiation 的时间还是不包括？怎么正确的利用这两周时间规划面试时间呢？
是不是我在两周之内有幸拿到其他offer开始negotiate就可以了呢？

没receipt，没case number，没更新，没退件。
今天早上收到律师的回复：
NSC is receiving record high volumes of I-129 premium processing filings.
We are experiencing delays in data entering information into our systems due
to the volume. Your case will be receipted for the day it was received,
once it has been data entered. We appreciate your patience while we work
through this volume of cases.
看到几个同学都是这段时间PP被退件的，不知是否跟他们处理不过来有关系。

你读读那个offer也知道两周是签字回复的时间啊，什么nego不nego的，赶紧push别家吧

这是什么渠道得来的消息，还是你律师跟你开玩笑呢？
1. 新的I-129是CSC处理，应该跟NSC无关。
2. H1B PP 在4/3已经停止了接收了，4/3之前的H1B Extension PP也不会多大量。
