如果像H1b续给三年，那就给配偶申请H4EAD，不用140的EAD。 看版上讨论，140EAD最
多给两年，每次续还要提前3个月，每次3百多！

关键是想在网上买东西, 如果BalanceCoupon不能在网上用, 就惨了.

好像如果REWARD CHECK > SUBTOTAL, 系统根本通不过.
