不承认contribution
要求以下证据:
1. Objective documentary evidence of the significance of the beneficiary's
contribution to the field;
2. Documentary evidence that throughout the field currently consider the
beneficiary's work important;
3. Testimony and/or support letters from experts which discuss the
beneficiary's contributions of major significance;
4. Evidence that the beneficiary's major significant contribution(s) has
provoked widespread public commentary in the field or has been widely cited;
and
5. Evidence of the beneficiary's work being implemented by other. Possible
evidence may include but is not limited to:
&contracts with companies using the beneficiary's products;
&Licensed technology being used by others;
&Patents currently being utilized and shown to be significant to the
field.
DIY的材料,准备了一年多,前面4条在PL里面都包括了.找的推荐人里面有几个是引用过
我的文章的,从来不认识的作者. 还有的文章在method里面直接就说是采用的某某方法,
脚注我的文章. 150个citation分布近20个国家. NEWSRX等也有报道, 也算影响广泛了
吧. 都被华丽丽地忽视了. 第5条目前我也提不出来任何证据. 有点黔驴技穷了,有没有
擅长RFE的律师推荐? 多谢了

一共两分钟，一位老太太，看了一下case，说三月底交的evl ，4月12号有人看了，这
个月有current了。但是最不幸的是说:前天又要求evl的信寄出了，让我回家等信吧。
。。但是看不到是什么！个人感觉是因为1号把老婆的485交了，会不会是婚姻问题。
。。

收到你的站内邮件，我把我的经验写在这里，
给有需要的人参考
我当时也是被1136 RFE，contribution 没有过，RFE letter 没有明确说contribution
没有过，他给我问题主要就是下面三个：
（1）推荐信有的东西不够具体，挑了三封推荐信进行挑刺。其实这三封是我最强的推
荐信。我承认有的地方确实不够具体，但是有的表扬我工作的话是有具体例子的，但是
好像他没有注意。我重新找这三个独立推荐人让他们把用到我研究工作用具体事实说清
楚。另外找了两个新的独立推荐人，一个是院士。所以我在答复RFE时有9封推荐信，7
独立，这些推荐信来自6个国家，有两个院士。系主任有2个，其他都是正教授级别的。
（2）说我的引用不如推荐人文章的引用多，我主要就是把我的文章数和引用和推荐
人组里平均数进行比较，这样我的就比他们多了
（3）还有一个问题就是，我在pl说我的研究工作被一个研究组拿出来和国际大牛
的研究工作进行比较并且发了一篇很不错的文章，因此我说这是我研究工作重要性的具
体体现。 IO反驳我说，这个研究组发的那篇文章没有被引用，所以不能说我的研究工
作重要。我的回复就是，这个研究组的文章去年才发表，没有引用很正常。
以上就是我的答复RFE的主要方面。你在答复RFE时，尽量把你的contribution部分重新
进行整理（最好不要直接拷贝过去），同时又要把IO的问题给一个个回答好，这样基本
上就没有大的问题。我感觉IO的逻辑严密性没有我开始的时候想的那么严密，当然也
有可能就是他们也不想那样做。我说这句话的意思就是，有的证据只要你能说出个理由
，他们就相信。关键就是你要说出个道理来。
Bless!! 好好准备材料基本不会有问题的。RFE也是一个经历，虽然浪费一些时间。
