刚在FT看到的...
I tried to load $200 from my Chase United Club card this morning and the
transaction was declined. After a talk with Chase, the transaction was
attempted as a cash advance. I just loaded $200 yesterday on 10/1 with no
problem, so it could be a very new change. Anyone else have this issue with
other Chase cards?

Update from Chase: Serve is keying the transaction as a cash advance and
they have no control over that but previous transactions were coded as
normal purchases.

Update from Serve: They do not know how the transaction is coded as a "
purchase" or a CA and that is up to the bank or credit card.They started a
customer service ticket to look into the issue...

Calm down. You are not the first one to load $200 from a chase credit card.
I have been doing it for over half a year. It is Chase United card. Zero
thing happened so far.

hehe , load 没问题, 问题是算Cash advance了, 我的cash advance limit是0, 所以
declined.
你看看chase UA的cash limit改变了么.

赶快查查chase UA的cash advance limit.
不要等过几天charge cash advance fee. AMEX玩阴的啊!

I talked with Chase and they confirm me it is treated as "Cash Advance" and
I probably will pay 5% fee (~$10). Maybe it indeed happened. If true,
hopefully I will have the fee waived. Thanks for letting us know.
Will update once I confirm a fee is posted.
So your load in Sepember all went through smoothly and the problem only
shows up this month, right?

My concern is I use FIA card to load my wife's serve.
But the cash limit is still the same after load. But that might be FIA card
is very slow.
I need to reduct FIA card cash advance limit to 0 2.

Chase CSR说是5% fee，所以$10左右。我是negative balance，所以应该没有interest.
我上个月9/16的load还写的是"sales". See attachment.

两个小时前看账单是两笔$200 pending，然后cash advance limit少了$400
现在又看了一下，有一笔已经post了，类型是save，然后cash advance limit现在是少
