140刚批， 现在要准备h4ead， 需要问律师要什么东西呢？ 140的 批准件还是要case
number？

在律师那里的应该是h1b 140 approval i-797 , h4 的i 797.
另外自己需要准备的是 h4 申请人的 photo id(包括以前申请过的ead 卡), 2张照片,
结婚certificate.
然后自己填一个i765表格,附带 $380支票
